Common questions

The things people ask before they switch.

We become your IT department. We monitor and patch every device, run the help desk, manage your Microsoft 365 and security, look after the network, and plan what you should spend money on next. You pay one predictable monthly fee per user instead of calling someone out each time something breaks.

Managed IT is priced per user, per month, and the figure depends on how many staff you have and what is in your environment. We quote after a short discovery call and a look at your systems, so the number you see is the number you pay. There are no call-out fees on covered work.

Yes. Plenty of our clients have an internal person or a long-standing contractor. We can take the repetitive work off them, cover leave and after-hours, or handle the specialist pieces like security and cloud while they stay close to the business.

We run a structured onboarding. We document your environment, collect credentials and licences, deploy monitoring and security tools, fix anything urgent we find, and then hand you a report on the state of things. Most transitions take two to four weeks and the day-to-day handover happens in a single evening.

No. We ask for an initial three-month term so onboarding is worth doing properly, and after that it is month to month. If we are not doing a good job you should be able to leave, and we will hand over full documentation when you do.

Our office is in Seaford, south of Adelaide, and we attend sites across the metro area and regional SA. Because most support is delivered remotely, we look after clients in other states too, and we arrange local hands when a site visit is needed.

Yes, and we do it regularly. Insurers now ask detailed questions about multi-factor authentication, backups, patching and endpoint protection. We put those controls in place and give you the written evidence to answer the questionnaire honestly.

We do. We design and build fast, modern business websites, and we look after the hosting, domains, SSL and email records behind them. Having the same team run the site and the systems means nothing falls between two suppliers.

Let us look under the bonnet.
