Onsite IT Solutions is part of the Onsite group, based in Seaford south of Adelaide. We support businesses that are too big to run on a spare laptop and too small to hire a full IT department.

Onsite IT Solutions grew out of Onsite Audio Visual, where we spent 15 years installing technology in schools, council chambers, aged care homes and offices across South Australia.
We kept meeting the same situation. The screens and the sound were sorted, but the network behind them was held together with guesswork, the backups had never been tested, and nobody could say who owned the domain name. So we built the other half of the business.
Today we run managed IT for organisations from about five staff up to a few hundred. The work is the same either way: know the environment, document it, monitor it, secure it, and be honest about what it costs.
We would rather keep a client for ten years than win an argument about an invoice.
